Welcome.

I'm Kasia (Katarzyna), a therapist based in West London. Whatever brings you here today, I'd love to hear from you and explore how I can support you.

A warm welcome

The first deep breath in a long time

People seek psychotherapy for many reasons. Some are facing old wounds and trauma, anxiety, loss, or major life transitions, or feeling a sense of disconnection or uncertainty. Some people feel like life is crashing in on them and they struggle to breathe. Therapy can feel like the first deep breath in a long time.

Others are navigating high-pressure careers or creative work and want a space for reflection, clarity, and forward movement.

Whatever brings you here today, I'd love to hear from you and explore how I can support you.

Psychotherapy & counselling

About

My approach is humanistic (an integration of Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis) and relational. By building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship, we can explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a way that supports deeper understanding and meaningful change. There is no right or wrong way to be in our sessions: you can bring anything to the space, from your deepest concerns to the smallest daily issues.

Trauma-Informed Care

I use techniques that help you feel safe and progress at a pace that's comfortable for you.

Person-Centred Approach

I see us as equals, and I believe you already carry the resources you need. My role is to help you access and strengthen them.

Gestalt & Transactional Analysis

I help you engage with different parts of yourself in the present moment, develop resilience and self-compassion, and build trust while exploring past experiences.

Existential Reflection

I encourage thoughtful self-reflection to deepen your understanding of yourself and your life.

Getting started

What to expect

Reaching out can feel like a big step. Here's how it works, so you know what to expect from the very beginning.

First contact

Please get in touch using my email in the contact section below. I am happy to answer any questions you might have.

Initial enquiry

Your first session

I understand the first session can sometimes feel daunting, and my role is to support you from the very beginning. It's an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, expectations and needs, and address any questions.

We'll also talk about how we might work together, including the frequency and likely length of therapy, reviewed regularly as part of our ongoing work. Some people benefit most from long-term therapy, while others experience meaningful change in just a few sessions. There is no obligation to continue after the first session.
